To be inclusive and democratic, I talked with the group about the message and feeling we wanted to convey. Then I designed a number of concepts and have the group give input on the direction that best matched our goals and values.
OpenGov Inclusion & Diversity
I worked with OpenGov's new Inclusion and Diversity group to design a sticker for all employees. We give this sticker to all new employees, along with a welcome note.
