San Francisco 22-Day Muni Challenge
I worked with San Francisco Transit Riders on the strategy and rollout of a challenge to San Francisco Public Officials to ride public transportation during the month of June 2015. I created the hashtag #OnBoardSF, designed and created a leaderboard web app that automatically kept track of officials rides by integrating with a real-time stream of Twitter and Instagram posts.

Urban HeartBeat is an civic art project that explores real-time temporal identities and pulses of places in cities around the world. The project is part of the Data Canvas: Sense Your City(http://datacanvas.org/) competition, a DIY sensor network project collecting and visualizing open data.

Multimodal Trip Planner for London
Park 2 Go is a mobile application concept for park-and-ride commuters and travelers to the greater London area. The app demonstrates how increased intermodal or mixed-mode transportation can improve user choice, while reducing traffic from drivers outside London’s ringways and congestion zone.

Frustration Index
Created an interactive map detailing the frustration experienced by passengers of the public transportation systems of three cities (San Francisco, Geneva and Zurich). Metro Redesign
As part of a in-depth Cooper design training in goal-directed design, I worked on a design exercise for rail commuters in San Francisco, including ethnographic research, personas, conceptual design, and interaction design. Based on user observations and interviews we designed several scenarios and use cases for the system.
